Jose L So one of the things I would would offer you some

So one of the things I would would offer you some words of encouragement, or, you know, just so some information for everybody is that you are not alone, that it’s okay not to be okay. It’s okay for us to feel anxious for us to feel stressed, especially with what we’re going through all in our communities. It’s normal. And what you’re experiencing is normal. And you are not alone, somebody else’s experiencing as well, too.

But just because it’s normal doesn’t mean you can’t do something about it, and it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t go seek professional help.

Be aware of what you’re feeling, be aware of what you’re going through, be aware of your surroundings, your physical and mental health. It’s extremely important for us to be assessing ourselves. For us to know when we are not okay. Knowing that it’s okay to not be okay is great. But knowing that when you are not okay and when you should seek help is super important and goes right along with that.

What we need to do is always check in with ourselves. Always assess how we are feeling, always assessing what I’m feeling physically and mentally. Is that normal? Is this in relation to my short term situation that I have in front of me, or is it at a point where it’s unhealthy, it’s impacting my life in a negative manner, know the differences, and know when we need to ask for help.
